If you need your order quicker, Hush's next day delivery is available for £6. To be eligible, place your order before 4 p.m. on weekdays. If you're not in a rush, standard delivery is £3.90 and will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Although there's no signing-up discount for the Hush newsletter, it holds value. Subscribers gain timely access to promos and sales through email. Returns

1. The Hush Returns policy has you covered if you run into any problems. Look at your dispatch form to find your returns note and pre-paid label.

2. Fill out the form found in your parcel or re-print it by logging in to your account.

3. Peel off your pre-paid label and stick it to your returns package.

4. Drop your packed return off at a Royal Mail location to await your return, refund or replacement.

Price match policy

Currently, Hush does not offer a price match policy. However, you're not left without protection in case of price adjustments. If you spot a difference within the last 10 days, reach out for a potential refund on the price difference. While not assured, the team frequently considers reasonable refund requests.
