1. If you want to return an item, make sure it’s on the way or available for collection before 28 days from the dispatch date.

2. Create a return request online and select the nearest drop-off point. They will then send you a QR code to attach to the item before delivering it at the drop-off point.

3. All returns are free, and when you have the QR code, you can use Collect+ or Royal Mail to send it to ASOS.

4. If the product doesn’t have the original packaging, ensure you seal it well! We’re talking double-layered tape…
