Today is the day: Netflix's Selling The OC has dropped its second season.
It will follow our favourite real estate agents as they attempt to sell dreamy, over-the-top luxurious houses in paradise – or at least the location of one of the most notorious teen dramas – Newport Beach.
We know that the cast will be travelling to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico to visit the new Oppenheim Group offices, and we will also see the firm's first ever billion-dollar listing. Wow.
The show will focus on “mental health issues faced by British teenagers”.
But what about Selling the OC season 3? Well, back in January the second and third seasons of Selling The OC were announced at the same time by Jason Oppenheim himself.
He posted on Instagram: "Netflix just announced that Selling the OC will be back for two more seasons! Get ready for Selling the OC seasons 2 and 3 and Selling Sunset seasons 6 and 7. They like to keep me busy… here we go!"

For those who have blown through the second season already, but are super keen to know what's still to come – here's everything we know.
Is there a trailer for Selling The OC season 3?
Not yet, but we'll update this article as soon as one drops!
Selling The OC season 3 release date speculation
There isn't, but if we're going by past seasons (season one being released in August 2022 and season 2 in September 2023, after being announced in January this year) we'd expect it to drop in late summer or autumn 2024.
That said, it might be longer – we'll keep you posted.
Who will return to the cast for Selling The OC season 3?
Though nothing has been confirmed, we think we can expect to see the regular O Group faces in Selling The OC season 3, such as Brett and Jason Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Alexandra Rose, Polly Brindle, Alexandra Jarvis, Lauren Brito, Kayla Cardona, Sean Palmieri, Tyla Stanaland, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou and – hopefully – our second season newcomer Ali Harper.
