What is the Paula's Choice returns policy?

1. At Paula's Choice, if you're not completely satisfied with your buy for any reason, you can receive a refund within 60 days or store credit up to 180 days from the day of purchase.

2. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form, which is located on the back of your packing slip. If you require a new packing slip, you can find a new one online. 

3. Pack the items and your Return/Exchange Form in a secure box.

4. Remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning your item - as the company may not be able to process your return if it is lost in transit.

5. It is recommended to use tracked delivery where possible.

6. Once your return is processed, you will receive your refund to the original card/method of payment that was used for the initial order.
