A little bit about Paperchase

Paperchase is a British stationery brand with a global presence. The company has more than 100 stores across the UK selling fun, design-led stationery items from notebooks to cards and gifts. The first store opened in 1968 in Kensington, London, opening its global online store in 2010. Unfortunately, the site has since stopped trading. You can still find all of your favourite Paperchase products in-store, with new stock arriving every week.

How do I redeem my Paperchase discount code?

Unfortunately, there isn’t any Paperchase promo code online at this moment. However, you can still make some great online saving with our other stationery brand discount codes on our website, so here’s how to redeem one:

1. In place of a Paperchase discount code, select the next best promo code that best suits your needs and copy it. 

2. Take your time to browse for your perfect gift or card, and then add them to your basket. 

3. Head over to the checkout page - you might need to sign in to continue. Once you’re at the checkout, you’ll be ready to insert your voucher code.

4. Click the voucher code box that you will likely find on the right side of the screen and enter your discount code. Once you click 'Apply' and your discount is shown in your order total, you can continue to payment as normal.

What can I do if my code isn’t working?

If you find your perfect promo code, and it doesn’t work - don’t despair - we have some handy tips to help you:

• Are you using the most suitable Paperchase voucher for your order? Check that the voucher you are using is valid for the product that you’re trying to purchase.

Is there a Paperchase sale section?

Unfortunately, you won't find a Paperchase clearance section online right now. The best time to pick up a Paperchase voucher code is during the main sales periods, or you can use one of our many Paperchase discount codes to save money when shopping for stationery. 

Is there a Paperchase Black Friday discount?

Yes! Enjoy discounts across all categories in Paperchase stores. Keep an eye out for Paperchase offers in the lead-up to the Black Friday sale weekend, as well as further discounts on Cyber Monday.

Can I benefit from subscribing to the Paperchase newsletter?

There isn’t a Paperchase newsletter available at this time. Though, we’d recommend popping into a Paperchase store to find the latest discounts and offers on a range of stationery and gift items. 

Can I get gift cards at Paperchase?

Unfortunately not. You can no longer purchase Paperchase gift cards online or in-store. If you purchased a gift card from the company or received one as a gift - unspent amounts needed to be used by 14 February 2023. After this time, any unspent amounts will no longer be available for use. 

Do I get any discounts through the Paperchase app?

Paperchase doesn’t have an app at this time, but you can save money when shopping with our Paperchase promo codes. 

What is the Paperchase returns policy?

1. If you've changed your mind about a store purchase, Paperchase will no longer offer a refund.

2. If the item you’re returning was purchased online, you should be entitled to a full cash refund at a Paperchase store if the item is in its original condition. You’ll have 14 calendar days to claim your refund in this case.

3. If your item is faulty, you should be offered a repair, replacement, or refund. Paperchase allows up to 30 days to return a faulty item, whether purchased online or in-store. Please note you will need to return the item to a store to claim your refund.

4. When returning items, you’ll need to bring a copy of your order confirmation - either by email or printed out.

5. For any questions or queries, you can still contact the Paperchase customer service team via their online chat service. 

Can I get next day delivery at Paperchase?

Unfortunately not. You can no longer buy Paperchase stock online. You can still visit a store to pick up a great Paperchase discount.
