What is the Family & Friends Railcard returns policy?

1. The Family & Friends Railcard is non-refundable unless it’s lost or stolen.

2. If your Family & Friends Railcard is lost or stolen, you should go to the website, log in via the ‘Manage My Railcard’ section and report it lost or stolen to apply for a replacement.

3. You must pay a £10 administration fee. Be aware that you can only apply for a replacement 5 days after the original purchase date, and that only one replacement may be issued in a 12-month period.

Can I get next day delivery at Family & Friends Railcard?

Family & Friends Railcard offers Special Delivery. If your order is placed before 3.45pm, you can expect your railcard to be delivered within two days from Monday to Thursday or three days from Friday to Sunday. However, a digital version will be available immediately on payment.
